Our executive team has extensive experience with human resources, finance & accounting, staffing, compliance, insurance & benefits, and sales & marketing. Our founder was chief financial officer for a Fortune 500 company before starting PSR.

 

PSR works with each client to assess their unique needs and develop a custom solution so they can maximize their profitability. By taking the lead in a co-employer relationship, our clients are able to do what they do best – run and grow their business. PSR employs the staff, but the staff works for our clients. Our Story

PSR was founded by William S. Randall, a former CFO for a Fortune 500 Company. Bill brought his extensive accounting background along with his business acumen to PSR. He had a life-long goal of owning his own company, and helping clients succeed with their businesses. Bill was fascinated with the PEO concept, and immediately recognized how PEO’s could be of assistance to small business owners.

 

Bill grew PSR into a leading Wisconsin PEO, attracting a broad client base including:

Bill’s son-in-law joined him in the business in 2010. Additionally, PSR added a full-time accounting department, as well as additional client consultants as the business continued to expand. Bill semi-retired in 2012, continuing to work with PSR until his death in 2013.
